If God would do what I want him to do, the world would be a lot worse off.
Jonah had a mission. He didn't want to do it. God made sure he did anyway, even if it meant causing Jonah to suffer. And yet God used him to bring the people of Ninevah to Himself.
Certainly a topic of great interest today in many church circles. Dr. Martin Lloyd Jones, a great British preacher of the 20th century, was asked his thoughts about the altar call...
